Outdoor activities
We are located in Åkersberga in a place called Åkersbro right next to the beautiful Åkers kanal. You can walk or paddle along Åkers kanal. A nice tour by canoe is to Garnsviken (a family-friendly beach), and further along the lovely Långhundraleden. It's a calm and safe place to paddle, play, and swim. For a walk you can go around the canal down to the centre of Åkersberga and back, it is about 2,5 km one way. We have also wonderful hiking trails just around the corner.
You can rent the canoes for 2, 4, or 8 hours, or why not for a whole day and night and bring a tent to spend the night further up in Garnsviken?
Ask for tips on routes, and we also provide maps, both for hiking and canoeing. We can also arrange a lot of other things to do, please contact us and we will help you.

Our canoes
Our canoes
Our canoes are of the Linder brand, model: Inkas 525. The canoe is approved for three adults, up to 400 kg. There is room for two extra seats, so a total of four people, including a child. The canoe is a stable family canoe that can hold a lot of luggage.
When you rent from us, two paddles and life jackets are always included. We have a limited number of children's life jackets. To be sure to get one, check it when booking or bring your own.
